Sec. 352.057. LOANS FOR VISUAL AIDS. (a) The commission may establish a program to make loans to finance the purchase of technological aids for individuals with visual impairments. Interest on the loans may not exceed 10 percent per year. (b) The commission may adopt rules to administer the loan program.
