Sec. 351.128. BOND AND TAX PROPOSITION. (a) At an election to confirm the creation of a district, the board may include a proposition to approve the issuance of bonds and the levy of a property tax by the district. (b) The board must include in any bond and tax proposition the maximum amount of bonds to be issued, their maximum maturity date, and the maximum rate of the tax that may be levied. (c) The proposition to issue bonds and levy a tax must be included in the same proposition presented to the registered voters to confirm the creation of the district.
