Sec. 347.403. AMOUNTS THAT MAY BE RECOVERED BY REAL PROPERTY OWNER. In addition to the recovery of the rental charges, the owner of real property who is required to retain legal counsel to recover the amounts subject to the possessory lien under Section 347.402 is entitled to recover: (1) other actual damages; (2) attorney's fees; and (3) court costs.
