Sec. 347.054. CONSUMER'S ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF DELIVERY OF CREDIT DOCUMENT. (a) A consumer's acknowledgment of the delivery of a copy of the credit document is conclusive proof that: (1) the document was delivered to the consumer; and (2) the document did not contain a blank space that was required by this chapter to have been filled when the document was signed by the consumer. (b) In an action or proceeding by or against a subsequent creditor who does not have knowledge to the contrary, a consumer's acknowledgment of the delivery of a copy of the credit document is conclusive proof that the creditor complied with this section.
