Sec. 345.102. AGREEMENT GENERAL REQUIREMENTS. (a) A retail charge agreement must be in writing and signed by the retail buyer. (b) An agreement must contain substantially the following notice printed or typed in at least 10-point type that is bold-faced, capitalized, underlined, or otherwise conspicuously set out from the surrounding written material: "NOTICE TO THE BUYER--DO NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT BEFORE YOU READ IT OR IF IT CONTAINS BLANK SPACES. YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A COPY OF THE AGREEMENT YOU SIGN. KEEP THIS AGREEMENT TO PROTECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS."
