Sec. 342.551. ADOPTION OF RULES. (a) The Finance Commission of Texas may adopt rules to enforce this chapter. (b) The commissioner shall recommend proposed rules to the Finance Commission of Texas. (c) Repealed by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 159 (S.B. 1371 ), Sec. 34(1), eff. September 1, 2023.
