Sec. 342.254. NO OTHER CHARGES AUTHORIZED. (a) On a loan made under this subchapter a lender may not contract for, charge, or receive an amount unless this subchapter authorizes the amount to be charged. (b) An insurance charge is not authorized on a loan made under this subchapter.
