Sec. 342.052. ISSUANCE OF MORE THAN ONE LICENSE FOR A PERSON. (a) The commissioner may issue more than one license to a person on compliance with this chapter for each license. (b) A person who is required to hold a license under this chapter must hold a separate license for each office at which loans are made, negotiated, serviced, held, or collected under this chapter. (c) A license is not required under this chapter for a place of business: (1) devoted to accounting or other recordkeeping; and (2) at which loans are not made, negotiated, serviced, held, or collected under this chapter or Chapter 346 .
