Sec. 341.102. REGULATION OF BANKS. (a) The banking commissioner shall enforce this subtitle relating to the regulation of a state bank operating under this subtitle. (b) The official exercising authority over the operations of national banks equivalent to the authority exercised by the banking commissioner over state banks may enforce this subtitle relating to the regulation of a national bank operating under this subtitle.
