Sec. 336.152. RULES; VIOLATION OF RULES. (a) The board may adopt reasonable rules to accomplish district purposes. (b) The board may set monetary charges in reasonable amounts for the violation of a district rule. (c) The board may exclude from the use of a public library a person who intentionally violates a rule adopted by the board under this section.
