Sec. 335.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter: (1) "Approved venue project" has the meaning assigned by Section 334.001 , except that the approval of the project must occur under this chapter. (2) "Board" means the board of directors of a venue district. (3) "District" means a venue district created under this chapter. (4) "Related infrastructure" has the meaning assigned by Section 334.001 . (5) "Venue" has the meaning assigned by Section 334.001 . (6) "Venue project" has the meaning assigned by Section 334.001 , except that the actions described by that section must occur under this chapter.
