Sec. 33.112. FAILURE TO OBTAIN AN EASEMENT. (a) Any owner of littoral property or any person acting under the owner of littoral property who for purposes connected with the ownership of the littoral property shall construct or fix or place on coastal public land any structure without first obtaining an easement from the land office is subject to a civil penalty of not more than $200. (b) Each day the structure remains on or is affixed to coastal public land constitutes a separate offense.
