Sec. 327.101. BOARD OF DIRECTORS. (a) A zoo board consists of seven directors appointed by the county commissioners court as follows: (1) one director appointed by each member of the county commissioners court; and (2) two directors appointed jointly by the county commissioners court. (b) Each director serves at the pleasure of the county commissioners court.
