Sec. 326.027. NOTICE. (a) The commissioners court shall give notice of the election by publishing a substantial copy of the election order once a week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper with general circulation in the county in which the proposed district is located. (b) The notice must be published not earlier than the 30th day or later than the 10th day before election day. (c) In addition to the elements required to be included by the Election Code, the notice of the election must state the names of the five board of trustee candidates.
