Sec. 325.047. FEES AND CHARGES. (a) The board may adopt and enforce all necessary charges, fees, or rentals for providing any district facilities or service. (b) The board may require a deposit for any service or facilities furnished and may provide that the deposit will bear interest. (c) The board may discontinue a facility or service to prevent an abuse or enforce payment of an unpaid charge, fee, or rental due the district.
