Sec. 325.042. EXECUTION AND AVAILABILITY OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. (a) A construction contract must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the district and the contractor. (b) The contract is a district record and is subject to Section 325.020 .
