Sec. 325.020. MINUTES AND RECORDS. (a) The board shall keep a complete written account of all its meetings and other proceedings and shall preserve its minutes, contracts, records, plans, notices, accounts, receipts, and records of all kinds in a secure manner at the district's office. (b) Minutes, contracts, records, plans, notices, accounts, receipts, and other records are the property of the district and are subject to public inspection.
