Sec. 324.006. INTENTIONALLY DECEPTIVE MEANS. For purposes of this chapter, a person is considered to have acted through intentionally deceptive means if the person, with the intent to deceive the owner or operator of a computer: (1) intentionally makes a materially false or fraudulent statement; (2) intentionally makes a statement or uses a description that omits or misrepresents material information; or (3) intentionally and materially fails to provide to the owner or operator any notice regarding the installation or execution of computer software.
