RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS

Sec. 32.254. RECIPROCAL AGREEMENTS. The commission may enter into reciprocal agreements with other states to extend asset protection to a resident of this state who purchased a long-term care benefit plan in another state that has a substantially similar asset disregard program.
