Sec. 32.035. DEMONSTRATION PROGRAMS. (a) The agency shall establish demonstration programs to: (1) investigate the uses, effectiveness, and feasibility of technologies for education; and (2) provide models for effective education using technology. (b) The agency may design programs under Subsection (a) to encourage participation by and collaboration among school campuses, school districts, regional education service centers, the private sector, state and federal agencies, nonprofit organizations, and institutions of higher education.
