Sec. 32.0231. ANNOUNCEMENT OF FUNDING OR PROGRAM CHANGE. (a) The executive commissioner shall publish notice in the Texas Register of: (1) any attempt to obtain a waiver of federal regulations in the medical assistance program; (2) any attempt to obtain or the receipt of funding under Title XIX of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 1396 et seq.) for a pilot program; and (3) any amendment to the state medical assistance plan. (b) The notice must include the name and telephone number of a commission employee who can provide information relating to the matter for which notice was published under this section. (c) The commission shall provide to any requestor information relating to a matter for which notice was published, including the effect and cost of the change, any possible cost savings, the criteria for receiving services, and the number of people to be served.
