Sec. 32.017. RECORDS. (a) The department shall require each provider receiving reimbursement under this chapter to maintain records and information for each applicant for or recipient of services. (b) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules relating to the information a provider is required to report to the department and shall adopt procedures to prevent unnecessary and duplicative reporting of data.
