Sec. 307.004. RIGHTS UNAFFECTED. (a) This chapter does not authorize the taking of any private property or interest without compensation as required by the Texas Constitution. (b) The State of Texas retains all of the oil, gas, and other mineral rights in and under the park land owned by the state.
