Sec. 305.007. FILING DATES FOR SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS. (a) The registrant must file the report required by Section 305.006 between the 1st and 10th day of each month. Subject to Section 305.0071 , the report must cover the activities occurring during the previous month. (b) A person who made expenditures on the registrant's behalf that are required to be reported under Section 305.006 or a person who has other information that is required to be reported by the registrant under this chapter shall provide a full, verified account of the expenditures to the registrant not later than the seventh day before the date on which the registrant's report is due.
