Sec. 303.124. DOCUMENTS AS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE. A court, public office, or official body shall receive the following documents as prima facie evidence of the facts, or the existence or nonexistence of the facts, stated in the documents: (1) a certificate issued by the secretary of state under this chapter; (2) a copy, certified by the secretary of state, of a document filed in the office of the secretary of state under this chapter; and (3) a certificate of the secretary of state under the state seal as to the existence or nonexistence of a fact relating to a corporation that would not appear from a document or certificate under Subdivision (1) or (2).
