Sec. 303.122. FEES. (a) The secretary of state shall charge and collect fees for: (1) filing articles of incorporation and issuing two certificates of incorporation; (2) filing articles of amendment and issuing two certificates of amendment; (3) filing a statement of change of address of registered office or change of registered agent or both; (4) filing restated articles of incorporation and issuing two restated certificates of incorporation; and (5) filing articles of dissolution. (b) The fees are in the amounts charged by the secretary of state for the respective filings and issuances under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act (Article 1396-1.01 et seq., Vernon's Texas Civil Statutes).
