Sec. 303.051. RECORD OF ORGANIZATIONS. The attorney general shall maintain: (1) a register of law enforcement-related charitable organizations subject to this chapter; and (2) a registry of law enforcement-related charitable organizations that submit to the attorney general a completed registration statement containing the information required by Section 303.052 .
