Sec. 302.301. INJUNCTION. (a) The attorney general may bring an action to enjoin a person from violating this chapter. (b) The attorney general shall notify the defendant of the alleged prohibited conduct not later than the seventh day before the date the action is filed, except that notice is not required if the attorney general intends to request that the court issue a temporary restraining order. (c) The attorney general is entitled to recover all reasonable costs of prosecuting the action, including court costs and investigation costs, deposition expenses, witness fees, and attorney's fees.
