Sec. 302.081. MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT EVALUATION SYSTEM. (a) The commission shall maintain and operate an automated follow-up and evaluation system derived from appropriate available information, including: (1) unemployment insurance wage records maintained by the commission; and (2) student follow-up information available through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. (b) The agencies represented on the council shall fund the maintenance and operation of the evaluation system by using funds available to the agencies for evaluation of each agency's workforce development programs.
