Sec. 301.504. PENALTY TO BE PAID OR HEARING REQUESTED. (a) Not later than the 20th day after the date the person receives the notice, the person may: (1) accept the executive director's determination and recommended administrative penalty in writing; or (2) make a written request for a hearing on the occurrence of the violation, the amount of the penalty, or both. (b) If the person accepts the executive director's determination and recommended penalty, the board by order shall approve the determination and impose the recommended penalty.
