Sec. 301.0681. POLICY ON TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS. The commission shall develop and implement a policy requiring the executive director and commission employees to research and propose appropriate technological solutions to improve the commission's ability to perform its functions. The technological solutions must: (1) ensure that: (A) the public is able to easily find information about the commission on the Internet; and (B) persons who want to use the commission's services are able to: (i) interact with the commission through the Internet; and (ii) access any service that can be provided effectively through the Internet; (2) be cost-effective; and (3) be developed through the commission's planning processes.
