Sec. 30.054. PRINTING AT THE TEXAS SCHOOL FOR THE DEAF. (a) In addition to any other area of curriculum the State Board of Education requires the Texas School for the Deaf to offer, the superintendent of the school may require that the art of printing, in all its branches, be offered at the school. (b) The superintendent may authorize any public printing for the state to be performed at the Texas School for the Deaf without regard to any contract with a person for public printing.
