Sec. 30.01329. COURT REPORTER. (a) The clerk of the court shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010 . (b) to (e) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(34), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
