Sec. 30.00734. JUDGE. (a) to (f) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(19), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (g) In addition to satisfying the requirements of Section 30.00006 (c), a municipal judge must have been a resident of the city for the two-year period immediately preceding appointment. (h) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(19), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (i) Section 30.00007 (b)(5) does not apply to this subchapter.
