Sec. 30.00706. COURT REPORTER. (a) The municipal judge shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010 . (b) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(18), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (c) Section 30.00010 (d) does not apply to this subchapter.
