Sec. 30.00465. CLERK; OTHER PERSONNEL. (a) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(11), eff. Sept. 1, 1999. (b) The governing body of the city shall provide deputy clerks, warrant officers, and other personnel, including at least one bailiff for each court, as needed for the proper operation of the courts.
