Sec. 30.00267. COURT REPORTER. (a) The clerk of the court shall appoint the court reporter under Section 30.00010 . (b) to (d) Repealed by Acts 1999, 76th Leg., ch. 691, Sec. 139(6), eff. Sept. 1, 1999.
