Sec. 29.551. DEFINITIONS. In this subchapter: (1) "Advisory council" means the P-TECH advisory council. (2) "Articulation agreement" means a written commitment between school districts or open-enrollment charter schools and institutions of higher education to a program designed to provide students with a nonduplicative sequence of progressive achievement leading to degrees or certificates in a work-based education program. (3) "Institution of higher education" has the meaning assigned by Section 61.003 . (4) "P-TECH program" means the Pathways in Technology Early College High School program established under this subchapter.
