Sec. 29.164. DEFINITION. In this subchapter, "program" means a high quality prekindergarten program required under Section 29.153 (c-1) to be provided free of tuition or fees in accordance with this subchapter. For expiration of Subsections (b-1), (b-2), (b-3), and (b-4), see Subsection (b-3).
