Sec. 288.104. RULES AND PROCEDURES. (a) The commission may adopt rules governing the operation of the district, including rules relating to the administration of a mandatory payment authorized by this chapter. (b) Repealed by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 1369, Sec. 19, eff. June 14, 2013.
