Sec. 284.033. INTERIM BONDS. (a) A county may, before issuing definitive bonds, issue interim bonds, with or without coupons, exchangeable for definitive bonds. (b) The interim bonds may be authorized and issued in accordance with this chapter, without regard to the requirements, restrictions, or procedural provisions contained in any other law. (c) The bond resolution authorizing interim bonds may provide that the interim bonds must recite that the bonds are issued under this chapter. The recital is conclusive evidence of the validity and the regularity of the bonds' issuance.
