Sec. 284.006. FEDERAL OR STATE AID. A county may: (1) accept from the United States or this state assistance or a loan, gift, grant, or contribution to acquire, construct, improve, maintain, pool, or operate a project under this chapter; and (2) enter into agreements with the United States or this state for the acquisition, construction, improvement, maintenance, pooling, or operation of the project.
