Sec. 283.021. DISTRICT BOARD; OFFICERS. (a) The commissioners court of a county in which a district is created under this chapter serves as the district board of hospital managers. (b) The county judge of the county in which the district is located serves as the district board chairman. (c) The county clerk serves as the district board secretary.
