Sec. 281.105. APPROVAL AND REGISTRATION OF BONDS. (a) District bonds are subject to the same requirements with regard to approval by the attorney general and registration by the comptroller as the law provides for approval and registration of bonds issued by the county. (b) The attorney general's approval of district bonds has the same effect as that approval for other bonds issued by the county.
