Sec. 28.21. TRAINING PROGRAM ON OPIOID-RELATED DRUG OVERDOSE. (a) Except as provided by Subsection (b), the holder of a mixed beverage permit and each employee of the permit holder who is required by the permit holder to complete a commission-approved seller training program shall complete the opioid-related drug overdose training program described by Section 5.61 each year. (b) This section does not apply to a mixed beverage permit holder that is a restaurant as defined by Section 1.04 .
