Sec. 265.049. CHARGES FOR SERVICES AND FACILITIES. The board shall operate its hospital facilities for the use and benefit of the public, but shall establish and collect charges for services and facilities that are sufficient combined with other revenue and income to: (1) pay all expenses related to ownership, operation, and maintenance of its hospital facilities; (2) pay principal of and interest on its bonds; and (3) create and maintain reserves and any other funds provided for in the proceedings authorizing the issuance of bonds.
