Sec. 265.047. EXAMINATION, APPROVAL, AND REGISTRATION OF BONDS. (a) The board shall submit to the attorney general for examination the bonds issued under this subchapter and the proceedings authorizing their issuance. (b) The attorney general shall approve the bonds if the attorney general finds that the bonds have been authorized in accordance with this subchapter, and the comptroller shall register the bonds. (c) Following approval and registration, the bonds are incontestable and are valid and binding obligations in accordance with their terms.
