Sec. 265.022. BOARD OF MANAGERS OF HOSPITAL CONTROLLED BY COUNTY. (a) If the county is designated to own and control the hospital, the commissioners court shall appoint a board of managers with at least three and not more than nine members. (b) The board of managers has control of the management of the hospital. (c) The board of managers shall give a report of their management, including all acts and rules of the board, to the commissioners court once each quarter or more often at the request of the commissioners court. (d) The board of managers shall give a quarterly financial statement to the commissioners court that shows all money spent and received by the board and the purposes of the expenditures.
