Sec. 264.164. CONFIDENTIALITY. (a) The records of a single source continuum contractor relating to the provision of community-based care services in a catchment area are subject to Chapter 552 , Government Code, in the same manner as the records of the department are subject to that chapter. (b) Subchapter C , Chapter 261 , regarding the confidentiality of certain case information, applies to the records of a single source continuum contractor in relation to the provision of services by the contractor.
