Sec. 264.162. REVIEW OF CONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE. The department shall develop a formal review process that includes a monitoring schedule to evaluate a single source continuum contractor's implementation of placement services and case management services in a catchment area. The department shall post the monitoring schedule on the department's Internet website.
